These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CQCOUTURE.COM (the “Website”) from the Italian company called Maria Jesus Quintans Cantorna with registered office VAT IT01987810445 at Sant’Elpidio a Mare, Italy, with telephone number +39 329 888 4352 and E-mail info@cqcouture.com. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.
1. Your Account
In order to access certain features of the Website, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Placing Orders/Purchasing on CQCOUTURE.COM
- You must be over 18 years old (or authorized by your parents/guardian if underage) to place an order.
- You can register as a user on the website to create an account and receive emails with promotions and information about CQ Couture products.
- You can choose to customize your product by selecting features, materials, and characteristics.
- The website will inform you of the price as you make your selections.
- You can add the product to your cart and then proceed to checkout.
- During checkout, you will need to provide your shipping information, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a purchase ID number.
- CQ Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
3. Prices
- All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT (or applicable indirect tax).
- Shipping costs is free worldwide.
- The final price may not include applicable customs duties, other taxes, and tariffs depending on the country of delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- CQ Couture can update product prices periodically.
4. Form of Payment
- CQ Couture accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover Alipay, bank transfer thought Stripe and PayPal.
- You will need to provide your full card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVC code for credit or debit card payments or get into your paypal Account.
- CQ Couture does not store your payment information and cannot be held liable for damages caused by the use of electronic means of communication.
- The purchase price will be charged to your card at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
- Orders will be delivered to weekdays at the address provided by the customer. Deliveries will only be made to private homes or offices in countries CQ Couture operates in. Post office boxes are not accepted.
- Due to customization, there is a manufacturing time for each product before it is shipped. The estimated manufacturing time is listed on each product page and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- CQ Couture is not responsible for possible delays on your order delivery, but they commit to deliver your order within a maximum of 2 months.
- Custom-made models, special orders, or orders during busy times may take longer than the estimated manufacturing time.
- CQ Couture will keep you updated on the status of your order in case of a delay.
- Standard delivery times are between 4-6 days for Europe and 5-10 days for the rest of the world. There may be additional delays due to customs processing.
- CQ Couture reserves the right to split the delivery of an order.
- You must check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If the product is faulty, you can refuse delivery.
- If you do not refuse a faulty delivery within 10 days, it is assumed you have accepted the product in perfect condition

7. CQCOUTURE.COM Product Designs
- CQ Couture products are designed for customization, offering a range of materials, colors, embellishments, and accessories.
- CQ Couture can create custom models upon request. They will send sketches for your approval before creating the model.
- CQ Couture may reject your design if it violates intellectual property rights or does not meet their brand image.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any design created by a third party.
- Designs made on the website become the property of CQ Couture, and you grant them a royalty-free license to use the design.
- You waive your right to complain about CQ Couture or a third party using a similar design to yours.
8. CQ COUTURE MADE-TO-ORDER
- Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order products, full payment will be taken within 48-72 hours after the order is placed.
- CQ Couture aims to deliver the product within 6-12 weeks of order confirmation, but this may be subject to change.
- Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended due to the bespoke nature.
- If you cancel the order for any reason after 48 hours, CQ Couture will not refund any costs.
- Requests to amend the order are only possible within 48 hours of placement. After that, the order will be cancelled,you will be charged 100% of the total order value, and a new order will need to be placed.
- CQ Couture is not responsible for mistakes in the product description or variations in color, shade, and texture.
- The image seen is a mock-up and there may be slight variations in the actual product you receive.
9. Intellectual Property
The content of the Website, including the design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (“Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Content without our written permission.
10. Disclaimer
The Website is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Website at any time for any reason.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italian government.
