Our return policy

At CQ Couture,we are dedicated to using the finest quality leathers and materials. To help you enjoy your CQ Couture product for many years, we encourage you to follow these care instructions:

• Always store your item in the provided box when not in use.
• Avoid contact with water, oil, grease (makeup), and alcohol-based products like perfumes.
• When wearing shoes, we recommend using a shoehorn to preserve the back of the heel.
• Avoid exposure to materials that may transfer color onto your product.

Even the most luxurious materials can naturally age over time, so regular care is essential to maintaining their best condition. For any additional care advice tailored to your product, feel free to consult our Materials Guide below:

• Leathers: Apply a wax-based shoe cream and gently brush or rub with a dry cloth.
• Patent Leathers and Laminates: Do not apply shoe cream; instead, clean with a soft cloth.
• Suede: Use a neutral product and brush gently with rubber bristles.
• Velvet: Clean velvet using steam only.
• Fabric: Clean fabrics using Trielina.

CQ Couture also offers a Repair Service, when possible, within two years of purchase. Our Customer Care team will assess your product and determine the feasibility and method of repair.
